Duties of branch coordinators
1. form a team to help in the selection of your branch teams
2. Give the names of all the teams in the format asked
3. Invite students of all the years to the selections of the branch teams for respective games
4. Fix up dates with the respective sport coordinators to conduct the selections for your branch teams
5. Make sure max number of students get opportunity to participate
6. Make sure max people turn out during the fest to bag the best cheering trophy
7. Coordinate with the sport coordinators for the smooth conduction of the game
8. Should be responsible for his branch teams conduct during the fest as there is also a best fair play award for one branch
